Its very simple if you want to convert the speed from kilometer per hour to meter per you can do it as follow.

1. Suppose your speed in kilometer per hour is 36 kmph and you want to convert it to meter per sec.

Now multiply 36 with 5/18 it will give you speed in meter per sec, in simple language

          (36*5)/18 = 10 meter/sec.

2. If you want to reverse of it like want convert meter/sec to km/hrs then do the reverse of above.

Suppose your speed is 10m/s now you want to convert it to km/hr, just multiply it with 18 & divide by 5, In simple language

    (10*18)/5 = 36 km/hr
